INK was founded by Rachel Gannon, Fumie Kamijo and Chloe Regan at the Royal College of Art and is based in London. INK formed because of a shared interest in illustrating real life stories. By using the sincerity of the drawing they ask us to question our lives and actions. They balance the disposable nature of the sketch, with stories that should be cherished in order to promote self-awareness and discussion. Dissatisfied with the limited and predictable arenas for Illustration, INK work together, enabling them to challenge convention and push Illustration into new and unexpected areas.
